Build the training infrastructure and pipelines behind Mikshi's video understanding models.
What you'll do
- Build scalable data and training pipelines for video models.
- Optimize training and inference performance on GPU clusters.
- Partner with researchers to turn ideas into reproducible experiments.
What we're looking for
- Strong Python and PyTorch fundamentals.
- Experience with distributed training (DDP, FSDP, DeepSpeed, etc).
- A pragmatic, ship-it engineering mindset.
